By entering this competition; entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
Terms and Conditions
- The winner will be contacted by Original Travel within 14 days of the At Your Service raffle ending. The winner must get in contact and respond to Original Travel within 14 days of the email being sent, or their prize will be lost.
- The prize is a Luxury Holiday to the value of £10,000, including international flights from the United Kingdom to Grenada for two people; transfers to and from Mount Cinnamon hotel; and accommodation on a full board basis.
- If the winner of the holiday is unable to take the holiday prize the winner shall forfeit any and all rights to the prize.
- The holiday must be booked with Original Travel by 31st December 2020, and excludes stays during Easter, Christmas-New Year and Chinese New Year and is subject to availability. We encourage winners to book within 28 days of winning to secure preferred dates.
- The holiday must have departed by the end of November 2021.
- Passport, visas, health requirements and travel insurance are the responsibility of the prize winner and guest.
- All spending money and other expenses (including additional food and drinks, in-room charges such as, mini bar consumption, telephone calls, laundry services, tours, spa treatments etc that will incur additional charges), unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
- Prize winners are responsible for their own transport to and from the relevant UK airport.
- The holiday must be booked through Original Travel, including flights and accommodation.
- Once flight tickets have been issued they are valid for flights and dates shown only.
- If the winner cancels the holiday, then the winner shall forfeit any and all rights to the prize.
- Original Travel reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition rules at any time.
- Prizes are non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative.
- Original Travel reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
- Original Travel, and all partners involved, cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by accepting the prize.
- The taking of the prize is a contract between the winner and Original Travel and is also subject to our usual Terms and Conditions.
- Entrants agree on their behalf, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (""Released Parties"") to release, defend and hold harmless Original Travel, and any partner involved, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, expenses, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgements, claims and demands whatsoever against Released Parties arising out of or in connection with entrant's participation, acceptance and use or misuse of any prize, including any travel related activities.
- The judges' decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into.
- The laws of England and Wales govern this agreement. The competition is promoted by Original Travel.
