100% Carbon Absorption

We are proud to absorb 100% of the carbon footprint generated by the air transportation of each holiday taken by our clients. We have also decided to include those flights independently booked by clients. In order to achieve this goal, we are participating alongside eight European groups in the new €100m Livelihoods Carbon Fund, to help fight global warming. We are doing so by taking a highly practical approach aimed at having a strong local social and economic impact.

That’s why we’ll hold your airline seats while you’re planning the holiday and pre-book them when you confirm the trip. Then, the day before departure, we check you in and send your boarding passes so at the airport you can go directly to baggage drop-off.

The Original Travel App

Our handy app gives you access to your day-by-day itinerary; details and photos of your accommodation; important contact information, including our in-country Concierge; as well as a selection of recommended restaurants, shops and things to do and see, all visible on a GPS map within the app. And better yet, this can all be accessed offline once you have downloaded the information in the app, so you won’t have to worry about pesky roaming charges while you are away.

Inject some fun into your family holiday with our family fun packs, designed in partnership with children's party people Sharky & George. They include tailored destination info, challenges and games for every child (aged three to ten).

Stay Connected

Stay in touch while you're on the move with either an eSim or Wi-Fi router (depending on the country you are visiting). We can provide an eSim or virtual sim card, which allows you to connect to the internet on your smartphone, or an international mini router, which allows you to connect to Wi-Fi on your various devices (mobile, tablet, laptop). Both mean you can avoid absorbing significant mobile roaming costs while you are away, although they are subject to local network coverage.
