Everything from booking through to the trip itself went smoothly and we had a five-star experience overall. The Concierge service was excellent in Australia and, when there was a problem with the Yarra Valley tour, Rachel handled it quickly and efficiently. There were so many memorable moments, but the flight in the Bay of Islands and kayaking on Lake Taupo were both particular highlights of the trip.

Frances was absolutely outstanding in every way when arranging our trip, and the Concierge team were super helpful and speedy in replying throughout. The accommodation from Jaipur onwards was excellent, with small, stylish hotels and great food - a long way from corporate hotels. Highlights included the Taj Mahal, a local temple procession and bird-watching in Barlai, as well as leopard-watching in Marla, which Frances helped arrange.

The booking was very easy, and communication was great from start to finish. The staff at Sorbyn Lodge were all very friendly and really helpful, and the private activities were all amazing, with very knowledgeable guides who were very proud to live and work there. We felt we saw the real Swedish Lapland, and the trip was everything we were hoping it would be.

Charlotte was particularly helpful with booking the safari and gave very good advice - it really helped that she had stayed at the lodges and hotels before. All of the accommodation was excellent, and the game drives were a real highlight, as were the staff at Saruni Samburu and Kinondo Kwetu. The information throughout was very clear and the overall experience was seamless - thank you!

Emily really understood what mattered to us and created a trip that felt completely personalised and thoughtfully organised. We had time to relax in Naples after each excursion, our transport provider was friendly and always on time, and it was a pleasure to be looked after by a local, who added an authentic touch to the whole trip. Visiting Herculaneum and Pompeii was a particular highlight - our guide was truly exceptional, making the visits truly memorable with an excellent command of English and an impressive knowledge of world history as well as the sites themselves.

Each experience was amazing, and the accommodation was excellent throughout. The Concierge was very helpful and addressed our needs, and Original Travel's emergency helpline was particularly supportive when we had problems getting to the airport, stepping in quickly to help when we needed it most.

This is the first trip we have ever taken where we have been looked after so comprehensively by everyone involved. It was so helpful to have all the information we needed accessible on an app, and wonderful not to have to worry about checking in for flights. We enjoyed great service at both the airports and hotels, which had great staff and fantastic food, and our guide David and driver Mohammed were excellent throughout and made our two-week trip really special.

Our trip for 10 was a true bucket list holiday. The boat, a traditional dahabiya called Lazuli, was heavenly and exceeded our expectations. It was the most exquisite way to cruise down the Nile, with comfortable cabins, beautiful views, an amazing crew and delicious food - we dined like Pharaohs! We stopped to see many wondrous sites along the Nile, and our guide, Migo, was brilliant, offering just the right amount of information. The BBQ singing and dancing with the crew was a standout moment. Original Travel was amazing, and everyone involved was knowledgeable, helpful and adaptable when organising a trip for so many.

David was very helpful during the booking process and put together a wonderful trip for us. The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly, making sure our time in Barbados was great. Joy was wonderful while we were away, and it was reassuring to know that everything was taken care of so we could just relax and enjoy the holiday.
