Within a couple of days of our introductory call, we had a full itinerary and a better trip than I could have planned on my own. I would highly recommend working with Emily, she was amazing to work with and extremely helpful. The staff at the hotels were extremely attentive to us because they knew we had booked through Original Travel. The app made everything easy to follow throughout our long trip, and the Concierge were always quick to respond with great information. Every excursion that was booked was a 10/10 experience. Nothing that could have been better - it was the best honeymoon I could have asked for.

Patrick really understood what we were looking for in experiences, hotels and suggestions. Love all of the different formats - especially the app - and how, when you are on the trip, it opens to the exact right day of the itinerary. The Concierge was always available and ready to help with the ridiculous to the sublime. The country music songwriter tour was just amazing. Our guide was so lovely and gave us such an interesting view into the country music business in Nashville.

Had a very professional and warm first contact with Original Travel. First-class accommodation throughout, and the Concierge was very friendly and professional. Couldn't fault the hassle-free trip, it was extremely well organised and easy to follow.

Izzy has arranged a few European trips for us and she is fabulous. We have high expectations and were very happy with our trip. Our tour guide for three days was outstanding and the restaurant recommendations were exactly as we hoped. We do a lot of travel and this trip is at or near the top.

Jamie was fantastic - she designed the trip as we requested with wonderful input and expertise. The accommodations were outstanding throughout, the communication was very good and the hot spot was indispensable. The Concierges were spot on, helpful and attentive. The guides and drivers were great, and the cruise on the Steam Ship Sudan was perfect. Loved the travel app, I used it throughout the trip to track our schedule.
