Our time in Japan, and particularly our experience at Ochiairo, was truly outstanding - everything was simply perfect. Before and during our trip, we received excellent support from Joyce, who explained everything very clearly and ensured the process went very smoothly. As if that wasn't enough, having Pierre to take care of us when we arrived was fantastic: the immersion support was invaluable.

It was a really fabulous trip. Our teenagers, who are 16 and 17, were at the perfect age to appreciate the food, history and shopping, and all the hotels and activities were fantastic. We wish we'd had another week!

Out of the three different travel companies I've used in the past, Original Travel was the only one that listened to me regarding budget and destinations. The service itself was excellent - Ana was great, and even asked for photographs of our train tickets to ensure all information was correct.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been carefully considered. The itinerary was well planned, and the guides were not only knowledgeable but also genuinely helpful. We felt truly looked after, whether navigating the bustle of Tokyo or soaking in the serenity of Kyoto. Japan has left a lasting impression on us, and your team played a huge part in that. It was the perfect place to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and thank you for our lovely surprise when we arrived in Osaka.

The travel pickups were excellent, and the Concierge was very helpful and responsive. We had some really great moments with lots of contrast in the trip overall which we liked. The hotels were all excellent.

Joyce and her colleagues couldn't have been more patient and helpful. They listened carefully to our wishes and did lots of research to help us find the right itinerary and locations. The local Concierge was always available to help and provide advice or guidance. We loved everything about it - the places we visited, the food, the local guides, and the accommodation. Original Travel really were wonderful from start to finish - I can't praise them enough. We don't often use a travel company, but we couldn't have done this trip without you.

Joyce was truly amazing. She knew the right questions to ask, was an exceptionally good listener, and crafted an itinerary that reflected my diverse interests. I have the highest praise for her skills, expertise, and knowledge. The app was great and organised a lot of information in ways that were useful and accessible. The Concierge team was fantastic.

Naoshima Island was utterly magical, and staying in the gallery itself was amazing - thank you for securing that booking. We loved Nikko, that was a great idea of Holly's - so quiet and very few tourists. Takayama was charming, and we all loved wandering about the town.
