New Name. Still Original.

Reading time

You may have noticed something different. Where our name once read Original Travel, it’s now Voyageurs du Monde. This isn't a change of direction but the natural next step on a journey that began in 2017, when we first became part of France's leading tailor-made travel company.

Original Travel moves from name to mission statement, because a desire to do things differently runs deep in our collective DNA. Everything else stays the same: the same London-based team, the same phone number, the same commitment to kaizen – continuous improvement.

What this means for you

If you're booked with us, your trip, your itinerary and your financial protection are all exactly as they were, right down to your booking reference. Everything is precisely where you left it.

What's new — and what isn't

Taking the Voyageurs du Monde name reflects what being part of the group has brought us: broader reach, deeper knowledge and the reassurance that comes with both.

You still speak to expert consultants who know their destinations inside out – often because they're from there. Behind them, in-house writers, designers and photographers shape our distinctive aesthetic. We also own a collection of remarkable properties, from the Steam Ship Sudan on the Nile to Gandhi's one-time home in Johannesburg.

Together we share not just expertise but values: creativity, a belief that how and why you travel matters as much as where you go, and a determination to travel sustainably and help tackle overtourism.

If travel is about connections, then ours is especially powerful – an entente cordiale where French savoir-faire meets British wit, and a streak of originality runs through everything we do.
