The booking process was great and the communications were excellent. Everything went smoothly and to plan. Loved the e-bikes to ride over the Golden Gate Bridge.

Patrick was fantastic. I had complete faith in him. He was so easy to work with and really patient with me as I worked out all the details. The brochure of our trip and the info on tips with $20 inside was a very nice touch. The app was also excellent! There was nothing that we lacked for. It really was the perfect summer holiday for us and we are enormously happy with the team at Original Travel.

Patrick really understood what we were looking for in experiences, hotels and suggestions. Love all of the different formats - especially the app - and how, when you are on the trip, it opens to the exact right day of the itinerary. The Concierge was always available and ready to help with the ridiculous to the sublime. The country music songwriter tour was just amazing. Our guide was so lovely and gave us such an interesting view into the country music business in Nashville.

I would 100% recommend booking your next holiday trip through Original Travel. We found the whole process so easy, and our travel consultant, David, was amazing, ensuring that all the excursions and wishes of this trip were met. Nothing was too much to ask! We cannot thank Original Travel enough for our amazing once-in-a-lifetime trip and will definitely be booking through them again.

David really listened to what we wanted and he put an amazing itinerary together. We booked our trip almost a year in advance and David went through everything with us just before we were due to leave, even remembering that one of our group was celebrating his 50th birthday during our trip. It was a fabulous and varied trip. The Dossiers were very helpful and it was reassuring to have the Concierge as a contact - very impressed. Having the eSIM was an extra bonus.

Great hotel recommendations and itinerary. The app is great, we loved having all the information in one place. The restaurant recommendations were good, and we like that there are links directly to Google maps, etc. We didn't use the Concierge service but it was good to have as backup.

Our consultant really listened to us and provided us with great ideas and an itinerary we really enjoyed. Due to the LA fires, our trip had to be completely changed for the last five days - the Concierge sorted our car hire and suggested amazing new locations which finished our trip off perfectly. They couldn't have been more helpful. This is our first trip with you, but now we would always use you due to the personalised care, attention to detail and amazing Concierge service.

No detail is too big or too small. Exemplary service and care. Your E-Sim feature is BRILLIANT! The app, comms and the WhatsApp group you set up for us so we could find the driver, were all great. The Concierge was so friendly and helpful.

Excellent communication between David and myself regarding length, structure and time spent in places. The little touches of 20 dollars in cash, lounge access, e-sim (which was brilliant!) plus the other services made the difference with other travel agents.
