We recently returned from an incredible adventure, and it was truly the trip of a lifetime! Original Travel listened carefully to what we wanted and created a perfectly balanced itinerary that went above and beyond our expectations. Their Concierge service also took any stress out of the holiday - we were completely at ease, knowing someone was on hand if we had questions. We came home with amazing memories and can’t thank you enough for planning such a fantastic, seamless trip.

Our hotels in Maui and Waikiki were fabulous. There were so many memorable moments from the trip - the Jurassic tour was incredible, as was the surfing. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime to celebrate my 50th.

Booking our honeymoon was an outstanding experience from start to finish. David was incredibly attentive, and his knowledge about every aspect of our trip made us feel completely at ease. Everything felt effortless. Overall, the trip was amazing, and we cannot thank David and the Original Travel team enough. We were overwhelmed with how fantastic the customer service has been throughout the whole process, and will 100% be using Original Travel again.

David took plenty of time to really bring the trip to life, and his offer to discuss the trip before we left was very helpful, as was contact during the trip. His service was completely first class from end to end - I could not have been more impressed with his communication, thoughtfulness and planning. Our trip was so much better than if we’d organised it ourselves, thanks to David and his team.

This was the easiest trip to book, and having several hotels with multiple destinations across California, this would have been a nightmare to try and figure out myself. Original Travel's communication was excellent, and the mobile app was essential for keeping track of things and having all of our documents in one place. It was a wonderful holiday with memories that will remain with my family for years to come. we'll definitely be using Original Travel again.

We all loved the rafting on the Arkansas River and had a very knowledgable and friendly guide for Mesa Verde. The Dossier was very good.

Patrick was fantastic. I had complete faith in him. He was so easy to work with and really patient with me as I worked out all the details. The brochure of our trip and the info on tips with $20 inside was a very nice touch. The app was also excellent! There was nothing that we lacked for. It really was the perfect summer holiday for us and we are enormously happy with the team at Original Travel.

Patrick really understood what we were looking for in experiences, hotels and suggestions. Love all of the different formats - especially the app - and how, when you are on the trip, it opens to the exact right day of the itinerary. The Concierge was always available and ready to help with the ridiculous to the sublime. The country music songwriter tour was just amazing. Our guide was so lovely and gave us such an interesting view into the country music business in Nashville.
