A connoisseur of their country, our Concierges are on hand to take your trip to the next level.
Before you even set off on your adventure, your dedicated Concierge will be informed of all of your trip’s details and your likes and dislikes. When you arrive, they’ll be in touch to let you know that they’re on hand to help with everything, from last-minute changes to tips and tricks on where to go and what to see.
Thanks to their in-depth knowledge of and passion about their destination, our Concierges will be able to help with all sorts of queries that take you and your individual needs into account, whether you want to book the best table in town; find a flea market; enjoy a private museum tour or book a cookery, photography or yoga class. They can also find you the best babysitter in the area, choose a guide best suited to your interests and, if needed, change a flight, find a room and sort out any kind of transport you might need.
Ideally your trip will be totally seamless, but just in case you have any problems while you are away, our Concierge is on hand to help with admin and any tricky language barrier issues. From a helping hand with reservations to putting you in touch with all the right people, it’s the small details that can make all the difference.
