Thanks to you, we’ve once again been voted one of the world’s top tour operators in this year’s Conde Nast Traveller Readers’ Choice Awards. Nearly 200,000 readers in the UK cast their votes for travel experiences they’ve adored the most – from hotels and airlines to destinations and tour operators – and to be named as one of the best in the business means the world to us.
We’re particularly proud because this recognition comes directly from you, the travellers we craft truly tailor-made trips for. And, of course, a huge thank you also goes to our brilliant team, whose passion and care create the journeys that inspire such loyalty.

What are the Readers’ Choice Awards?
The Readers’ Choice Awards are an annual event hosted by Conde Nast Traveller, celebrating the best of the travel industry. Now in its 28th year, categories include best hotel, best city, best airport (it’s Singapore Changi, if you’re wondering) and best tour operator, in which we proudly placed as one of the top five.

Winners are chosen by Conde Nast Traveller’s UK readership, of which around 200,000 cast their votes this year. Because winners are based on readers’ cherished travel experiences, being named among the best is that extra bit special, as it means our hard work has paid off. So, thank you, once again.
