Poor old Sarah Lund; she needs a break after all that sleuthsome crime solving. Copenhagen in winter looks even more depressing than London, so I think one of our Maldives luxury resorts would provide the ultimate setting for Sarah to really get away from it all.

If her and that nice detective chap were there together then I'd recommend Soneva Fushi, an old favourite of ours and one of the most romantic spots in the world. If anything was going to soften up Sarah, I'd bet my bottom Maldivian rufiyaa it would be a night camping on Soneva's very own sandbank. I might advise her to leave the Faroe Isles woolly bikini behind, though. Bit of a passion killer, that.
