Holidays Abroad = Happiness guaranteed

I have found the key to happiness...

Supported by research

Holidays abroad can boost happiness levels for as much as two months even after returning, according to a new study, and often our mood improves the most in the run up to the break as we look forward to getting away. The new research by boffins at Rotterdam University in Holland involved questioning 1,500 adults, 974 of whom took a holiday during the study, and also suggests that taking greater numbers of shorter holidays, rather than the traditional two-week summer break, can also boost happiness levels. In the light of this research, may we draw your attention to the Big Short Breaks section of our website?
