"Valeria and Margarita were very friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any queries we had. Having a Concierge during a trip was not something we had previously experienced, but we found it provided reassurance that help was available if needed. We use Gatwick airport quite a lot, but your service meant we had the smoothest of passages through the system. Brilliant. We particularly enjoyed the guided tours in Gothenburg and Stockholm. The guides were very friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining."
