I was initially helped by Patrick and later by Henrietta, who were both very good. We had lovely rooms in the Amazon Lodge and Inkaterra La Casona, but our favourite hotels were Titilaka, the charming Villa Barranco and the excellent airport hotel in Lima. The trip was very well-organised and planned: Henrietta did a great job and all the guides were excellent.

Our Concierge was lovely. I wouldn't change anything - every moment from start to finish was memorable, and the trip as a whole was perfect.

Original Travel was super helpful in tailoring to our needs. The Concierge was highly knowledgeable on all fronts. Undoubtedly one of our best trips ever - all of the tours, the SS Sudan and The Old Cataract Hotel were all highlights!

Jamie listened carefully to our wishes and put together an itinerary. She was consistently responsive during the booking, prior to departure and during the holiday. It was the family adventure of a lifetime. We had an amazing trip which exceeded expectations, and we will book through Original Travel again.

Izzy delivered on all our expectations. Her care and attention to detail were outstanding, and her knowledge of the country and its regions was incredibly helpful. Our Concierge was super responsive to all of our requests and queries. The whole trip was superb, and we were never disappointed. The booking process was good, and Lynda on the 24-hour hotline was absolutely sensational in resolving our delay issues. Thanks to Jamie as well for jumping in to offer help and advice. Saruni Mara is a pretty special place. Once we finally arrived in the bush, everything was fantastic. A few memorable moments were seeing lions chasing impala, the bush breakfast and a sunset beer with elephants and lions.

Ischia was a real highlight - swimming in the sea, pottering around gorgeous local towns and dinner at Castello Aragon with stunning views. We also loved decompressing in Capo La Gala for a few days at the start of our trip. Our son loved swimming in their beautiful pool, and I loved simply sitting on our balcony watching the sun go down and hearing the waves - bliss! The Ravello music festival tickets were amazing - a bucket list item crossed off! Valeria, who helped to organise our trip, was superb.

Fast, easy, friendly, and tailored exactly to our wishes and budget. The Concierge was prompt, helpful and well-informed. The trip exceeded our expectations and was full of wonderful surprises and around-the-clock support. Being checked in to our flights was a lovely touch that I wasn’t expecting. The travel pickups were excellent, and the Concierge was very helpful and responsive. We had some really great moments with lots of contrast in the trip overall which we liked. The hotels were all excellent.
