The Concierge were responsive and helpful on the couple of occasions we contacted them, and the hotels were great. Our favourite was Hôtel Version Maquis Santa Manza, Bonifacio - the buggy ride to the secluded beach was amazing! We really enjoyed the 4x4 tour of the Agriates desert too, and the guide was very good.

Emily really listened and understood what I was looking for, and developed a fantastic itinerary based on that. The personalised tour of Siena was a real highlight - I had asked if we could see some James Bond filming locations, and our guide took a lot of time to review the films and take us to the exact streets, balconies, doorways and squares seen in the films. We all loved it, especially our boys, who are James Bond enthusiasts.

The trip was very well thought out. We were all first-time travelers to Tanzania and new to safaris, and the way the trip was organized meant that we were eased into the safari experience in a very comfortable way. We dipped our toes in at our first location, and the trip ended with a bang in a beautiful rustic camp. Issaya, our first guide, really made the trip amazing - he was so knowledgeable and we had total trust in him.

All of the camps were clean, the food was incredible all week, and we always felt very safe. The safari providers were so knowledgeable: both guides were excellent in their knowledge of the animals, birds, plants, landscapes and local culture. Their ability to find animals in the bush was almost unbelievable. This was our first safari, and the trip exceeded all of our expectations - there was at least one memorable moment every single day.

We felt truly looked after, whether navigating the bustle of Tokyo or soaking in the serenity of Kyoto. Japan has left a lasting impression on us, and your team played a huge part in that. It was the perfect place to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and thank you for our lovely surprise when we arrived in Osaka.

Our hotels in Maui and Waikiki were fabulous. There were so many memorable moments from the trip - the Jurassic tour was incredible, as was the surfing. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime to celebrate my 50th.

The accommodation perfectly matched our needs, and we loved the app, destination document, playlist and reading list. Our Concierge was really responsive and quick, and the Original Services were absolutely perfect - these are both reasons why we would come back to Original Travel. There were a few specific memorable moments, including a music and dance show and bike trip in Salvador, a football match in Rio and the lovely hotel in Buzios. We made our booking ‘last minute’ (two weeks before the travel date), and the itinerary was a little more complex than standard. Meg, our agent, handled everything incredibly professionally, making the process a really enjoyable experience despite the pressure with the dates. The Concierge service was top-notch, and the agents were professional, friendly, dependable and caring. Overall, everything was great.

There were many memorable moments: the Pyramids of Giza, the Valley of the Kings, the SS Sudan, Cataract Hotel - and lots more! It was the trip of a lifetime, and your staff seem to love working for the company, which is a great recommendation. The Concierges at Cairo Airport and at Aswan were particularly good. A very good trip to four cities in Northern Spain, each different but all interesting in their own way. Everything went very well as usual. All hotels and their staff were excellent, and your local guides were very informative and friendly - we would use them again if in the area. A very enjoyable holiday experience.
