Every bit off communication from Original Travel was excellent, as were all the guides and the concierge. Steam Ship Sudan was sublime and the trip was a delight from start to finish. Thank you for one of the best trips I have had, and there have been a few.

James and Anne-Marie were absolutely amazing! Very accommodating and friendly through the whole booking process. They helped make my wants and dreams become a reality for my trip. Every guide, driver, meet and greet were all incredible! Everyone was very friendly and professional. David, my guide in Cairo, was very knowledgeable and sweet! Had the absolute best time. I am definitely working with Original Travel again for future trips and I have recommended Original Travel to my friends and family! I loved all my accommodations especially the Old Cataract Hotel in Aswan, The Steamship Sudan, and The Winter Palace Hotel in Luxor. The app was very informative and helped me throughout my journey. Communication between guides and meet and greets were amazing. The additional services were absolutely amazing! Loved the meet and greet, fast track in airport etc. Loved that they got my visa ahead of time. Every day was a wonderful memory on my trip!! My favorite was probably visiting the Pyramids of Giza and riding a camel. I absolutely loved my time on the Steamship Sudan! I was taken back in time. This was a trip of a lifetime. I have always wanted to visit Egypt since childhood, and Original Travel made that dream come true. Not only was it a great trip, it exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much Original Travel!

Frances was always helpful and came up with great suggestions whilst filling in the brief we wanted. The hotels were spot on and all the booked tours and guides were fun and informative, and the concierge was always there to help us. Highlights included Takayama and Hiroshima but everything was really amazing - Japan is like no other country. The whole of the Original Team were outstanding, thank you for making it a very memorable and enjoyable holiday.

We appreciated Original Travel's in-country experts to plan our personalized itinerary. Guides and drivers always early, helpful, friendly and flexible. We like boutique hotels with personality and character of the city/country we are visiting. We got just that. Love the app, and I kept referring to it during the trip. Dossiers also super helpful. It was so easy communicating with the concierge on WhatsApp. Escorting us through the airport, and meeting us in-country was also always appreciated. We recommend Original Travel to EVERYONE. We are hooked with the personalised itineraries and perfectly planned trips. Thank you!

From the moment we arrived at Heathrow, all the stress of the journey was taken in hand by your representative, and this continued throughout our stays in Cairo, Luxor, on board the SS Sudan and at Aswan. Our trip of a lifetime to Egypt and Jordan has concluded. We had a great time, thanks to your outstanding efforts on the front end and the consistently high level support of the Original Travel teams based in Egypt and Jordan. They were terrific! We want to thank you and your wonderful local team members in Egypt and Jordan for making our trip so enjoyable. We are very grateful for the extremely knowledgeable tour guides we had throughout the trip, who shared their deep knowledge of the sites we toured. The experience aboard the Steam Ship Sudan was outstanding. Our cabin was spacious and very comfortable, the SS Sudan staff were highly professional and very welcoming, and we enjoyed our dining experiences throughout. Our knowledgeable guide in Jordan was outstanding, which set a very positive tone for a great — but much too brief — tour of the wonders of Jordan. Little things mean a lot, and the personal touches Mohammad provided, including a great lunch at a sidewalk falafel and fruit juice stand, were much appreciated. Once again, many thanks to you and your entire Original Travel team in Egypt and Jordan. We had a terrific time, thanks to you. We will highly recommend Original Travel to our friends, and will think of you first for any future travel to Africa and the Middle East.
