The Concierge was very helpful and their recommendations were great. There were many memorable moments, including the motorbike tour of Hanoi, dinner on a pontoon in Hoi An and the Vespa food tour in Ho Chi Minh.

You really took the time to understand what is important to us on a holiday, and communicated well during the booking process. Meg and Ana were both great and super helpful throughout the process. I loved the fact you checked us in for all our flights - it was a really nice touch. The hotel in Sumba was amazing.

Booking our honeymoon was an outstanding experience from start to finish. David was incredibly attentive, and his knowledge about every aspect of our trip made us feel completely at ease. Everything felt effortless. Overall, the trip was amazing, and we cannot thank David and the Original Travel team enough. We were overwhelmed with how fantastic the customer service has been throughout the whole process, and will 100% be using Original Travel again.

Valeria and Maggie were both helpful, patient and a credit to your organisation. We had a great trip overall - the cycling tour of Copenhagen was particularly excellent, and we also greatly enjoyed the boat trip from Fjallbacka.

Pat was fabulous, and the Concierge was quick and responsive. It was a great trip - in fact, the trip of a lifetime. We made lots of wonderful memories, and Original Travel did a fabulous job. I have never used a travel agent before, but I think that we may use you again for a trip to Japan.

David took plenty of time to really bring the trip to life, and his offer to discuss the trip before we left was very helpful, as was contact during the trip. His service was completely first class from end to end - I could not have been more impressed with his communication, thoughtfulness and planning. Our trip was so much better than if we’d organised it ourselves, thanks to David and his team.

This was the easiest trip to book, and having several hotels with multiple destinations across California, this would have been a nightmare to try and figure out myself. Original Travel's communication was excellent, and the mobile app was essential for keeping track of things and having all of our documents in one place. It was a wonderful holiday with memories that will remain with my family for years to come. we'll definitely be using Original Travel again.

This was truly the trip of a lifetime - really personalised service, brilliant itinerary, seamlessly organised, and the app and Concierges were so useful. We loved it all. The local guides were also brilliant and we learnt so much from them all. The gifted football tickets (plus driver and guide) on our first night were so special and something we have never had from any other tour company. All in all, a 10/10, 5-star experience! Thank you all.
