Everything was very simple and easy - it was clear that Frances got to grips with what we were looking for and tailored it appropriately, building on her knowledge of the country. We did not need the Concierge but great to know they were there. One of the best holidays we have had!

Jamie was fantastic in booking our trip, listening to our feedback, and doing everything she could to make the process as easy as possible. The snorkelling in the marine reserve and the sunset cruise were blissful, as were the efforts made to make my birthday special. Jamie is a standout star, she made our trip super special. A huge thanks to her and everything she did for us - we are very grateful.

We all loved the rafting on the Arkansas River and had a very knowledgable and friendly guide for Mesa Verde. The Dossier was very good.

The Concierge provided useful and good information when asked, and the use of WhatsApp was very convenient. The service was excellent, great choice of hotels.

The booking process was great and the communications were excellent. Everything went smoothly and to plan. Loved the e-bikes to ride over the Golden Gate Bridge.

The Concierge was always on hand via WhatsApp and answered any query within seconds. Her local knowledge, advice and recommendations were spot-on. There was really very little I would have changed.

It was very easy to discuss what our aims were for the trip and put together a plan for what we wanted to do. In three days we saw so much and the recommendations for the specific excursions were spot on! The Thrihnukaggigur volcano was extraordinary and then we drove and explored the area to the south which was amazing. Original Travel were able to put together a great short trip for us with not much notice. Thank you!

Very knowledgeable staff who really know the country and the trip they are recommending. All three lodges were outstanding and everything went really smoothly. There were lots of memorable moments as this was our first safari. Victora Falls was incredible and it was great to see it from both sides too.
