Joyce and her colleagues couldn't have been more patient and helpful. They listened carefully to our wishes and did lots of research to help us find the right itinerary and locations. The local Concierge was always available to help and provide advice or guidance. We loved everything about it - the places we visited, the food, the local guides, and the accommodation. Original Travel really were wonderful from start to finish - I can't praise them enough. We don't often use a travel company, but we couldn't have done this trip without you.

We were exceptionally slow to make decisions - Emily was very patient. The app became very helpful while we were away and the Concierge got the balance perfect of being there and checking in but not adding unnecessary logistics to our holiday. 10/10. Thank you for a great holiday.

Patrick was fantastic. I had complete faith in him. He was so easy to work with and really patient with me as I worked out all the details. The brochure of our trip and the info on tips with $20 inside was a very nice touch. The app was also excellent! There was nothing that we lacked for. It really was the perfect summer holiday for us and we are enormously happy with the team at Original Travel.

Excellent trip. Really well organised and the itinerary worked really well. We didn't use the Concierge much but they were very responsive. Staying in Lofoten was amazing. Both trips that were organised - the kayak and hike and the sea eagle safari - were fantastic.

Exceptional, genuine, tailored recommendations and clearly well thought through with passion. Both hotels were spot on to my brief, quirky, boutique and bags of charm and character. Love the app, this is a genius touch. And the reading list touch was lovely - again, so much thought had gone into this. The Concierge was so responsive, so helpful and so knowledgable about local places. The whole experience was memorable.

Valeria and Margarita were very friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any queries we had. Having a Concierge during a trip was not something we had previously experienced, but we found it provided reassurance that help was available if needed. We use Gatwick airport quite a lot, but your service meant we had the smoothest of passages through the system. Brilliant. We particularly enjoyed the guided tours in Gothenburg and Stockholm. The guides were very friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining.

The hotel in Sorrento was beautiful and lived up to expectations and the tour of Pompeii was great. Murillo was really helpful in resolving the challenges we had.
