Jamie was fantastic - she designed the trip as we requested with wonderful input and expertise. The accommodations were outstanding throughout, the communication was very good and the hot spot was indispensable. The Concierges were spot on, helpful and attentive. The guides and drivers were great, and the cruise on the Steam Ship Sudan was perfect. Loved the travel app, I used it throughout the trip to track our schedule.

I would 100% recommend booking your next holiday trip through Original Travel. We found the whole process so easy, and our travel consultant, David, was amazing, ensuring that all the excursions and wishes of this trip were met. Nothing was too much to ask! Lucy was amazing at tailoring the trip to our unique needs and finding ways to make the trip meet our budget and our dreams. Our favourite accommodations were the Chedi and Said's Authentic Desert Camp - that place was amazing! We absolutely loved the whole trip and would do it again tomorrow if we could.

We planned and booked our two-week honeymoon in Mexico with Original Travel and could not have had a better experience. From the first time we reached out, our travel consultant Oliver was immensely responsive and knowledgeable, helping us put together a great itinerary in no time. We were able to make adjustments easily and rely on Oliver's recommendations of where to go, what to see, and how to avoid the crowds. We loved every stop of our trip in Mexico and all the guides we worked with on the ground were very friendly and knowledgeable. What's more, we had great feedback from our local guides about their relationship with Original Travel. We had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend booking with Original Travel - we certainly will be doing so again.

Naoshima Island was utterly magical, and staying in the gallery itself was amazing - thank you for securing that booking. We loved Nikko, that was a great idea of Holly's - so quiet and very few tourists. Takayama was charming, and we all loved wandering about the town.

Extremely engaging, responsive, timely and brilliant service. Loved the Dossiers, they were so handy for day-to-day use, especially the restaurant suggestions. Our Rome Concierge, Giorgia, was fantastic, she was always there when we needed some help. I knew what my teens wanted from our Rome trip and the itinerary was perfect. Superbly organised, it was exactly what I was hoping for and ticked all the boxes.

Pre-booking phone call and emails were very helpful in planning our itinerary. As our trip involved travel and flights within Australia our Concierge was regularly in touch to check on our progress. The Original Services enabled us to relax. Our 4-week holiday in Australia was fabulous. We particularly enjoyed the two multi-day hikes, Spicers Scenic Rim Trail and the Arkaba Walk. We certainly would consider using Original Travel again.
