Joyce took on board everything I told her and came up with an itinerary that included everything I hoped to see and do - plus more. I was so impressed. I loved the app and used it frequently. What a dedicated Concierge team - they were an absolute dream and I'm not sure I can go anywhere without them in the future. Joyce is a real credit to your company and managed to bring together so much of what I described in our first chat. I was a bit apprehensive about using a travel company, but I would use Original Travel again.

Seamless and brilliant customer service. Given 5 star treatment and extra nice touches as a honeymoon couple. My husband was given excellent wheelchair assistance throughout.

The trip was a fantastic experience. I need to specifically single out the staff at Javri Hotel. They were absolutely fantastic and probably one of the best we have had. I would highly recommend other clients of yours staying there. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did to ensure our experience met our requirements and exceeded them.

Beautiful experience in Egypt on the SS Sudan. A step back in time on this Belle Époque steam ship, beautiful service, great staff and wonderful surroundings!

Holly was really knowledgeable and understood what we were looking for - she made it easy. It went like clockwork and hit the brief. Holly and Ana were always responsive, understood our queries and gave good advice. Having the web router was a real advantage when you are out and about relying on Google maps, etc., and the Original Travel App was great and much used.

Fabulous Concierge. When our internal flight was rerouted, she stayed in telephone contact even though her working hours had ended to ensure we got to our destination successfully.

The Old Cataract was just sublime, and the crew of the SS Sudan went way above and beyond whenever they could. The guides were all interesting and very informative, and obviously very much knew their stuff. All the Concierges were unfailingly polite, helpful and spoke superb English - we very much felt at ease in their hands. We said often that this was one of our best holidays, and staying in the Agatha Christie suite on the SS Sudan was absolutely wonderful.
