Ben was excellent and gave us lots of options. He booked us into the Queen Victoria suite on board the Steam Ship Sudan which was fabulous and on the better starboard side. All hotels were very good with excellent staff. The S S Sudan was totally superb. Best trip of our lifetime.

Frances was excellent; always available, very helpful and gave good advice. She's a credit to your organisation. Our Concierge Rachel was very, very good. If we contacted her she came back promptly and was extremely helpful.

Original Travel planned a fantastic and seamless trip for me and my adult children. We spent 2 weeks in Rajasthan - it was the trip of a lifetime. Original Travel planned every detail and was able to make adjustments along the way. They provided great support with a Concierge available at all times, great guides and a wonderful driver who was with us the whole time. I will absolutely work with OT again and highly recommend others to work with the company.

Thoughtful, professional and listened to our requirements and delivered. Faultless in every respect from hotels, excursions, guides, food recommendations etc. The Concierge was responsive, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. All memorable - the motorcycle trip around Hanoi was probably the highlight.

Very good restaurant recommendations from your local Concierge, just what we wanted. Brandon Lodge was as I had imagined. Very good cabins, excellent full board and all the staff were excellent including the guides. An amazing setting obviously and luckily perfect timing across the frozen sea to see the lights!

The booking process was super easy, it was quick and effective, we had a couple of fast iterations and were really happy that our trip got organised so quickly and with very minimal effort from our side.

Frances was extremely efficient and informative - answering all our questions in great detail. The Concierge was excellent, always on hand to help with very instant responses to WhatsApp messages. The guides and drivers were outstanding - their knowledge was very impressive.

The choice of lodges to stay in were brilliant. The settings were amazing as was the food! We were very well looked after. The guides were great too. So knowledgeable. We saw so much. It was good to have the Concierge always available in the background, though everything was so well organised beforehand we didn't really need to use them.
