Luxury Honeymoon
As the owner of a travel company specialising in all things original, you can imagine I felt a certain amount of wifely pressure to get our luxury honeymoon right!
Here's what we did...
We married in Italy and had a few days there before heading to Moyo Island off Lombok in Indonesia. Apart from being one of the most beautiful places I have ever been, the service was incredible and the feeling of remoteness a joy. We then hopped over to Port Douglas in Australia where we took a villa. The complete privacy was fantastic, catching fish for ourselves every day and then preparing it for each other was a real highlight. From Port Douglas we went out to Lizard Island on the Great Barrier Reef with its incredible diving and was typically Australian and upfront, just what was needed after the service culture of Asia. On from Australia we went to Vatulele, a small island in Fiji, the most genuinely friendly place I have had the pleasure to visit.
