The concept of 'bush and beach' - combining safari and sand/sea - was (we think) invented in Kenya, and if it wasn't, it jolly well should have been because the country excels at both. The safari options include the legendary Masai Mara and less well known but equally special places such as Laikipia and Samburu. Meanwhile the coast, from Lamu all the way to Diani Beach to the south of Mombasa is home to gorgeous beaches and watersports galore.
