It was everything we asked for and more - the best short trip we’ve ever had! A gorgeous hotel and room with a view. We were blown away by this level of service, and the whole experience had a ‘wow factor’.

Valeria matched our needs carefully and was able to make adjustments when our dates changed. The Concierge in Spain was lightning fast with his suggestions and support, and really helpful with great restaurant recommendations - he booked them too.

There are so many highlights! The Valley of the Kings was fabulous, along with the other tombs nearby. I loved the cruise, where we were treated like queens.

Simply an astounding trip. Everything was taken care of, even at all airports! The experiences were unforgettable, we loved every guide who brought ancient Egypt to life for us. The Steamship Sudan is the only way to go, it's a remarkable way to see and live on the mystical River Nile. We did not want the trip to end.

Our trip was wonderful, more beautiful than we imagined. Regardless of the magnificence of Egyptian treasures, your local team was very kind, and we received very efficient assistance at all times. The hotels were fabulous and the cruise a dream: it was like living in an old movie. I love photography and took some wonderful pictures. Every time we returned to the SS Sudan, we felt like we’d returned to paradise. We were stunned by the level of service provided to us, from the really useful telephone call a few days before departure, to all of the booking processes completed on our behalf. The Concierges were all so helpful, warm and friendly, and I have to mention the quality of the guides we were allocated. Without a doubt, their immense expertise took the whole experience to another level.
