Thank you to all involved for the incredible support, customer service and organisation experienced during the course of our amazing holiday. From the moment we arrived at Heathrow, all the stress of the journey was taken in hand by your representative, and this continued throughout our stays in Cairo, Luxor, on board the SS Sudan and at Aswan. Really first class and beyond our expectations. Please pass on our congratulations to all involved, especially those on the ground in Egypt. Carling don’t do holidays, but if they did, they would name themselves Original Travel. Well done, we loved every minute, even Egypt Air. Thank you so much.

Our trip of a lifetime to Egypt and Jordan has concluded. We had a great time, thanks to your outstanding efforts on the front end and the consistently high level support of the Original Travel teams based in Egypt and Jordan. They were terrific! We want to thank you and your wonderful local team members in Egypt and Jordan for making our trip so enjoyable. We are very grateful for the extremely knowledgeable tour guides we had throughout the trip, who shared their deep knowledge of the sites we toured. The experience aboard the Steam Ship Sudan was outstanding. Our cabin was spacious and very comfortable, the SS Sudan staff were highly professional and very welcoming, and we enjoyed our dining experiences throughout. Our knowledgeable guide in Jordan was outstanding, which set a very positive tone for a great — but much too brief — tour of the wonders of Jordan. Little things mean a lot, and the personal touches Mohammad provided, including a great lunch at a sidewalk falafel and fruit juice stand, were much appreciated. Once again, many thanks to you and your entire Original Travel team in Egypt and Jordan. We had a terrific time, thanks to you. We will highly recommend Original Travel to our friends, and will think of you first for any future travel to Africa and the Middle East.

In our opinion, Original Travel is an outstanding travel company. This was our fourth big trip with you and all have been brilliantly organised, with imaginative and interesting activities, as well as diversions which we would never have discovered or experienced without your expertise, local knowledge and contacts. Our feedback in the initial phone call was clearly taken on board by Frances to create a great itinerary for us. All of the hotels were clean, comfortable and with wonderful staff. We really loved our three nights in Tenyu and wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much for recommending Hakone, it was just the downtime we needed. We really enjoyed our time there. Audrey and the rest of the in-country concierge team were very helpful getting into restaurants etc.

You were very helpful with all our questions. We loved the whole trip. The Steam Ship is incredible, although it was all wonderful and both other hotels were lovely. The Old Cataract was amazing with its setting and arriving on a felucca was wonderful. Thank you! Oh, and the other services were excellent - the app is great.

So nice to talk to real people that listen! Very much liked your approach and assistance. We stayed in three very nice hotels. None over-fancy, but all really personable and friendly. Great recommendations. Really liked the surprise of the second hotel outside Catania.
