Frances listened to all our requests and was very knowledgable on Uzbekistan. The trip far exceeded our expectations. The country itself is far more beautiful, clean and safe than we anticipated and the guides were absolutely fantastic in really bringing its rich history to life! Umid the Concierge was very helpful, answered WhatsApp straight away, helped us to book dinner reservations and to change things around quickly when we had to modify timings. We got to meet him in Samarkand as he brought a birthday present for one of us who celebrated a birthday during the trip! This was a very nice surprise and much appreciated. This was my second trip with Original Travel and we will definitely come back for more!

Holly was extremely knowledgeable and really listened to what kind of holiday we wanted as a family. The Concierge was very helpful and dealt very well with our endless questions. Our most memorable moments were Sumo wrestling, the hike in Kyoto, the bike ride in Hida Furukawa and the Takayama Festival.

Rome with the children was such a wonderful experience and so reassuring to have the organisation and back up of Original Travel to support it. The Concierge was excellent, always available and ready to help.

The usual amazing experience we have come to expect from Original Travel! Our guides throughout the trip were absolutely excellent and such nice people. Also, your meet and greet representative at Gatwick gave us absolutely outstanding service. There were so many highlights, but our private tour of the Casa Roca Piccola in Valletta was definitely at the top.

Frances asked appropriate questions, listened to our responses, designed our holiday very appropriately and had a lovely manner. It was a fabulous holiday, well arranged; at the top of our price range but worth every single penny.

Excellent balancing of days spent on the right locations, matching our expectations in terms of quality and strategic location. Bakari the Concierge was very responsive and helped us organise a last minute day activity in Stone Town. Our safari driver/guides were simply outstanding and made a difference when spotting animals in the national parks. We loved our complimentary honeymoon dinner on the beach organised by you, thanks again!

All Izzy's recommendations were excellent. The hotels were a lot of fun. The pre-Easter preparations in Seville were thrilling. I will definitely use Original Travel in the future.

We were pleased with Original Travel's ability to deal with the interests and requirements of two pairs of travelers from opposite sides of the Atlantic. It was a great itinerary: a fine introduction to a part of Spain we hadn't visited before. Rafael the Concierge was completely professional: always available, full of pertinent information, swift to correct one hotel's error in our accommodations, and cheerful and pleasant. This was our second trip with Original Travel and it won't be our last.
