An excellent trip, curated with care and exactly what we were hoping for. We felt we had some incredible experiences, from adventure to rest and relaxation, so many aspects of our holiday that we would never have accessed without your assistance. The Bali Concierges were also very responsive and friendly. So many outstanding moments; it was all magical!

We loved the trip. Norway is so beautiful, the hotels were full of character, the food was great and we did some really fun activities. Our teenage children loved the activities, with canyoning being a particular highlight. It also really helped that our consultant had just been there, as we spent just the right amount of time in each place. The app worked really well, and I liked the suggestions in the Dossiers.

Where do I start? It was a fantastic holiday and truly memorable, a real bucket list holiday fulfilled. The transfers and timings were all seamless and made so easy for us as guests. Everything was organised behind the scenes, and everyone knew exactly where we were to be and when, so it was effortless for us. Overall it was an amazing trip and we absolutely will go back. Duba was the highlight by far and it just has a vibe that is hard to describe but is friendly, opulent, beautiful setting and laidback all at same time.

Our experience in French Polynesia was the trip of a lifetime. We all said you really hit the mark for us. The moving from island to island seamlessly, the accommodation - small and authentic with local food - and the unique nature of every island with wonderful variety. Your planning and support was the best. Amazing in every way and we can’t thank you enough!

Our consultant came up with a really good itinerary and sent it over in an excellent format. 12 days, as recommended, was the perfect length, and the itinerary could not have been better. Great hotel locations and grandly luxurious. The SS Sudan was stupendous, with a first-class team on board for whom no issue was a problem — they sorted out a broken suitcase for us and gave me a great birthday celebration.

We had excellent help reorganising the whole trip. It was everything we wanted. Considering we were in the middle of the Kalahari or the delta, accommodation was excellent. We even had a pride of lions sit by the truck.
