Very responsive. We loved all our accommodation. The service was excellent everywhere and the location and decor of the hotels absolutely great.

The staff I dealt with were helpful with both listening to my requests for changes and also good at making suggestions. The trip had so many elements but in particular the linking together of airport, to hotel, to tour, to airport, to cruise etc all worked seamlessly - we were never left wondering how the next part might work, or if we would be well looked after.

Guidance and suggestions from our consultant were invaluable, he was essential to helping us plan. He presented options, and made booking easy. Our experience on the SS Sudan was a dream! Wonderful old ship, full of charm, not crowded, superior service. It was beyond compare. Thank you, Original Travel.

Excellent communication between David and myself regarding length, structure and time spent in places. The little touches of 20 dollars in cash, lounge access, e-sim (which was brilliant!) plus the other services made the difference with other travel agents.

From start to finish the care and attention from the Original Travel team was excellent. Kate was brilliant - she really cared about making sure she tailored everything to give us the best possible experience. It was a BRILLIANT holiday, we all loved it. Given all that we did and saw, it felt a lot longer than two weeks – possibly the best family holiday ever. The itinerary was great, with a really nice mix of camps and scenery, so eight days in the bush didn’t feel too much. Connections were slick, short and efficient, ground staff were super helpful. Having the majority of time in conservancies rather than national parks was absolutely right – we needed the variety of walks, night drives, bush meals, etc., or else too much sedentary truck time. Great job by our consultant and all at Original. Thank you.

Our consultant was fantastic to deal with - always extremely friendly, always listened and wanted to get it right for us. Communication was always excellent with the Concierge, too. The trip worked really well. We loved all the different hotels we stayed in and the absolute highlight of the trip was Svalbard.

The whole trip was very smooth, honest, responsive and intuitive. We had an excellent range of activities to choose from and those we decided upon did not disappoint. Everything was memorable. Our driver, Ram, was able to engage with the varied needs and interests of a 22 year old and his Mum throughout our time with him. No mean feat!

Our honeymoon was absolutely incredible. The booking process was excellent, our consultant showed a great deal of expertise, listened to what we wanted and reassured us. The wraparound services you provide are superb, the whole honeymoon was easy and relaxed. The Original Travel app is extremely clear, as was the itinerary, and it was really useful and exciting to be able to refer back to this. The Concierges were AMAZING. They were so kind, kept in regular communication and were really helpful with recommendations.
