The resort really grew on us and overall it was perfect for our needs. The kids club was amazing and the women working there were so friendly. Our son loved it there. We were really grateful to be gifted lounge access on return.

Frances was brilliant, she understood what we were looking for, arranged a trip that fully met our needs and exceeded our expectations. Everything worked like clockwork, everywhere we stayed was brilliant, all of the tours and experiences were amazing and the service from all of the contacts along the way were faultless. Thank you! We loved the app, loved the WhatsApp Concierge while we were away, and the SIM card was also a great addition.

Joyce listened, understood and totally delivered everything we had spoken about for our aspirations for the trip. It's a wonderful country, with adorable people and all of the details were taken care of by Original Travel and your team of super local agents. It was nice to have a local Concierge service to reach out to with a few questions during the trip.

No detail is too big or too small. Exemplary service and care. Your E-Sim feature is BRILLIANT! The app, comms and the WhatsApp group you set up for us so we could find the driver, were all great. The Concierge was so friendly and helpful.

The SS Sudan was worth the 2 year wait! What an experience. The staff were superb, food delicious and light and the whole pace of travel allowed us the time to appreciate the beauty of the country.
