Our local Concierge was excellent — he communicated well and responded quickly. The sidecar/motorcycle was great, and our time with the guides was amazing.

A really enjoyable holiday which was perfect for our requirements. Everything went very smoothly. Oliver gave really good advice and Jungle Bay offered everything we were looking for. Loved the hikes from Jungle Bay. Wonderful canyon and waterfalls.

The team were very receptive to input and helpful and overall the trip to Venice was very good. Guides were knowledgable and supportive. Would definitely consider using Original again. UK staff very helpful.

We just want to thank Lucy for the extraordinary job she has done in organising our honeymoon. She understood what we wanted and made sure to cater the trip to that. Everything was spectacular. If I had to think of one highlight, it would be waking up with the Nile, like liquid silver, flowing past us in silence. The whole trip was beyond what we expected and the services offered by Original Travel are flawless. We have recommended the agency already to family and friends and will be travelling with you many times again.

It couldn't have been simpler and very well organised. Incredibly helpful sales staff who answered all our questions promptly, knowledgeably and efficiently. The Concierge was brilliant, always available (except when on his scooter!) and really helped us with restaurants and how long it would take to get there in the notorious Istanbul traffic.

We were super impressed with the Steam Ship Sudan - such wonderful rooms, details, staff - just amazing. The help you organised at the airports was wonderful - great people and they made the whole thing so much less stressful. Honestly, this holiday was everything I had hoped for and my parents had an absolute ball. We loved it. Thank you again.

Ben was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout the planning of our trip. We had absolutely top-notch Concierges, too - all were wonderfully timely, pleasant, knowledgeable and supremely accommodating. We absolutely loved our Original Travel trip and its services and have already recommended the Egypt trip, as well as OT in general, to every person we've talked to. We will definitely book with OT again!
