The choice of camps was amazing, each very different with an individual character. The guides were outstanding in all locations. The game viewing was spectacular.

Excellent throughout. The trekking experience and guides were fantastic, and the first night's accommodation by the waterfall. Very memorable! The Concierge is a really excellent service. It was really helpful for restaurant bookings etc.

The SS Sudan crew were brilliant and really went above and beyond to welcome us. The local guides were all really knowledgeable and helped us understand so much more than just the surface information. The WiFi dongle was fantastic and the app brilliant. All comms from your team were great and they were quick to respond to any questions.

We really appreciated the expert knowledge of those we spoke to, as it was our first trip to Egypt. Both the overall knowledge and the small details helped tremendously. The new museum in Cairo, wow! The huge scale of Karnak was breathtaking and the details fascinating.

Our Cairo guide Mahmoud was great, very knowledgable and enthusiastic. The lunch overlooking the pyramids was a stunning setting and finale to a great trip. The journey on the SS Sudan was really memorable.

Overall the accommodations were PERFECT and luxurious. This trip/itinerary was amazing and we are telling everyone about Original Travel. The personal guides added to the luxury feel of the trip for hikes, e-bikes, winery tours and museum tour.

Our Concierge was so good and nothing was too much trouble. The ballet at The Opera House in Vienna was a particularly memorable moment.

Our trip was brilliant! Having never been, we wanted to get a feel for Cambodia in terms of culture, history, geography, religion and people. Two and a bit weeks is a short time to get that, but our trip delivered this and more. We really liked the Concierge service. Helped greatly in Siem Reap when changing rooms, and fab recommendations when requested.

Frances listened and understood everything we wanted from our first trip to India. The reason for our trip was my birthday - a big one - and Original Travel pulled out all the stops. OT's organisational qualities are excellent. Our driver, Jebin, was great! So charming, so helpful and going above and beyond for what we asked of him. Staff in the London office are so helpful and easily contactable even down to booking a restaurant for us before we left. We love the fact that you care about the world and choose hotels that look after our planet too.
