Excellent balancing of days spent on the right locations, matching our expectations in terms of quality and strategic location. Bakari the Concierge was very responsive and helped us organise a last minute day activity in Stone Town. Our safari driver/guides were simply outstanding and made a difference when spotting animals in the national parks. We loved our complimentary honeymoon dinner on the beach organised by you, thanks again!

All Izzy's recommendations were excellent. The hotels were a lot of fun. The pre-Easter preparations in Seville were thrilling. I will definitely use Original Travel in the future.

We were pleased with Original Travel's ability to deal with the interests and requirements of two pairs of travelers from opposite sides of the Atlantic. It was a great itinerary: a fine introduction to a part of Spain we hadn't visited before. Rafael the Concierge was completely professional: always available, full of pertinent information, swift to correct one hotel's error in our accommodations, and cheerful and pleasant. This was our second trip with Original Travel and it won't be our last.

From the moment we got in touch with Original Travel - the booking process and all our questions were dealt with promptly. Exceptional - we feel like VIPs! Our trip on the SS Sudan and the sites that we visited along the Nile were the absolute highlight. Our experience was made extra special with our excellent guide, Abdul.

Izzy made everything easy and really listened to what we wanted. It was a fabulous trip that was a perfect celebration of a special occasion. Every trip Frances has planned for me has exceeded my expectations! She takes the time to listen to me and become comfortable with what is important to me. This is reflected in the itinerary she puts together. It always includes just the right amount of adventure and gets me off the tourist route so I can interact with local people. There is always a friendly face to greet me upon arrival in a new place. The local Concierge service is wonderful! Quick answers. Boarding passes in my WhatsApp account before I even remember I am flying the next day. The website and app are outstanding. It is great to make the booking process quick and accurate. There were so many highlights, but four days trekking in Ladakh is such a great memory!

Great trip. The highlights were exploring the vintage market in Mexico City, dinner on the roof top overlooking the church in San Miguel de Allende and wandering the streets there.
