Our trip felt seamless - well done! Our consultant was excellent and went above-and-beyond to create a trip that perfectly suited us. Our Colombia holiday was well paced, and we experienced tremendous contrasts and lots of interest. There were so many highlights! Colombia is an extraordinary place to visit. Communication throughout was excellent and timely. The Concierge was diligent, regularly communicated, proactive, helpful and friendly. The mobile router particularly was also very useful.

I would highly recommend visiting Vietnam to anyone who hasn’t been. There were so many highlights - the hustle and bustle of Hanoi and Siagon, the picturesque accommodation in Hue, Hoi An and Quy Nhon, and of course… the food and the people! The whole honeymoon was stress-free and efficient and we had great communication throughout with Original Travel.

The One and Only Nyungwe House was probably the best hotel I have stayed in. The staff at all the hotels was excellent, and Eric, the driver, really made the trip outstanding for us. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and always went the extra mile to make sure that we had a great trip.

Our consultant was enthusiastic and engaged all the way through the booking process, and the Concierges on the ground were responsive and helpful. There was an excellent balance of sightseeing and relaxation - it perfectly matched our requirements and what we like about a holiday. It was one of our most memorable holidays (and we’ve certainly travelled the world!). We’ve been going with another travel company for a number of years, but recently their suggested holidays haven’t quite hit the mark. We came to Original Travel last year for the first time and found the enthusiasm and energy from the first call to the end of the trip great. Well done!

Original Travel were excellent, as was the Ranch at Rock Creek. The Concierge team was also super responsive and helpful. Our son injured his wrist on the trip, and we needed to make urgent changes to our flights. Our consultant was incredibly helpful and responsive - it made an immense difference to our trip, and so please do pass on our thanks.

We had a wonderful time! Our guide was amazing - he really did make sure we had the best experience and animal sightings. The Tarangire Park was especially brilliant, but we loved them all as they were all so different. We all thoroughly enjoyed the night safari - we saw lots and it was a great experience. The accommodation was great and the welcome we had at each camp was fabulous. We have had a really wonderful holiday. Thank you so much for another great trip.

What a superb trip we had to Zimbabwe. We got lucky with upgrades in camps and excellent guides and just the two of us on all the game drives. Your itinerary suited us perfectly. Thank you.

The booking process was easy and pleasant, and the trip itself was excellent. We particularly loved the Takayama craft walk and the Kyoto market tour. There were lots of small things that made our experience special, such as the greeting service at Heathrow and on arrival in Tokyo, and the WiFi boxes. Communication was outstanding. We used the app all the time, and the Concierge team was very helpful. We will definitely use Original Travel again. Thank you!

We loved our trip to Istanbul and would definitely recommend Original Travel to family and friends. Particular highlights were the nighttime views of Istanbul from our hotel's rooftop bar, visiting the Topkapi Palace (without having to worry about queues) and travelling business class!
