"All the travel documents, tickets and guides were brilliantly done and very helpful. I really appreciated having a phone call with Holly before our trip to go through everything. The travel plans were incredibly well thought out, and we adored each of the destinations. The temple stay in Koyasan was particularly wonderful, and perfectly timed within our trip to give us a pause to reflect. There were many memorable moments! "

"Joyce took on board everything I told her and came up with an itinerary that included everything I hoped to see and do - plus more. I was so impressed. I loved the app and used it frequently. What a dedicated Concierge team - they were an absolute dream and I'm not sure I can go anywhere without them in the future. Joyce is a real credit to your company and managed to bring together so much of what I described in our first chat. I was a bit apprehensive about using a travel company, but I would use Original Travel again."
