"We made our booking ‘last minute’ (two weeks before the travel date), and the itinerary was a little more complex than standard. Meg, our agent, handled everything incredibly professionally, making the process a really enjoyable experience despite the pressure with the dates. The Concierge service was top-notch, and the agents were professional, friendly, dependable and caring. Overall, everything was great."
