We had a dream trip to Mongolia, somewhere we’d been dreaming of going for years. Original Travel professional provided an exceptional quality of service throughout. Our consultant listened and really got our needs, and even on the trip itself the support provided is amazing thanks to their concierge. I strongly recommend Original Travel for organising a tailor-made holiday to Mongolia. This is our second holidays with them, and it won’t be the last.

The holiday was fab and exactly what I wanted, the weather was morning to evening sunshine, so I was lucky, lucky! You under sell 360 Leti which easily goes into the best I have ever stayed, as good as Amangiri, the staff were superb. 47 Jobner was also great. All in all the perfect holiday so will be back and thank you very much.

Issy really is amazing at her job. You are lucky to have her! Genuinely no doubt that she is one of the main reasons that we have been coming back to you (and recommending you to our friends and family) since you organised our honeymoon in 2012. Hoping that will continue!

Another trip with you guys and another five-star success! From the planning stages right through to our return home, everything was perfect and no details were overlooked. Their local concierge services are very helpful and reassuring, and their local ground teams (guides, drivers, excursions) are all top-notch! I would highly recommend Original Travel and their expert travel advisors! Food, activities, accommodations and travel were all handled perfectly!

Very positive recommendations from friends led us to Original Travel, and we were not disappointed. From the very beginning you were attentive to our needs and came up with interesting suggestions, and your guidance and advice continued throughout the trip. When we were delayed at the airport you had someone to accompany us to catch our flight in time; when an activity had to be cancelled due to the weather our concierge found a solution within the hour; the choice of hotels was excellent. I just wanted to thank you again for the great time we had in Havana last week! From music in Yasek’s peaceful house by the sea to Raices Profundas and crazy Fusterlandia, and all the sights and conversations in between, it was a wonderful few days and we will be back as soon as we possibly can.
