Thanks for arranging such a great holiday, we had a wonderful time. All of the guides were excellent, we can't praise them enough. The hotel choices were inspired, each for different reasons, and we had a great experience overall. Kate had to cover all the rerouting, chasing luggage, rebooking and so on. She was immediately available late at night and took every step to ensure that when we disembarked from any particular flight, everything had been sorted out along with suggestions of activities (which we didn’t do as the kids were generally wiped out!). Her level of engagement gave me confidence that any immediate issue would be resolved while my family and I were in the air. I want to make sure that Kate and the team’s effort here is fully recognized. Again, she did a great job in looking after us and my family and I hugely appreciated her immense dedication and support.

For us a perfect programme for visiting the Okavango Delta. Great attention to detail in planning and matching our preferences for small encampments, with the variety and levels of comfort, excellent guides, and travel arrangements. Matt Shock was especially diligent throughout the planning process and monitoring our programme.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the logistics went like clockwork. The itinerary was well balanced. Perhaps the most interesting part of the holiday. The elephant camp was a good start and the lake was fascinating. The boat trip down the canal to the village of Dein was exciting and The Princess Inle hotel was very unusual, and I think must be one of the most beautiful settings we have experienced for breakfast. The staff here were particularly charming. Thanks for everything.

Loved the lodge, such a beautiful spot, great wildlife. The park wasn't that big so was good for the kids as we weren't driving for hours to see game, but we always saw something. The lodge staff made it really special and organised a special dinner out in the bush for my husband's 40th birthday. The kids LOVED it... they woke up this morning (back at home) and asked, 'can we go on game drive this morning?'.

Had an amazing time, Sri Lanka completely exceeded expectations. Our driver, Ram, was amazing and he stopped and pointed out animals and birds up trees on long journeys - never a dull moment even on the long drive between Tea Trails and Yala. Every day was an adventure.
