The trip was absolutely fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the places we stayed with favourites being New Orleans and Miami. Food and hospitality were incredible. Thank you for the tips on the Burlesque festival and NFL game. It really was a fabulous trip. Thank you for helping us plan and organise.

Thank you for organising such a perfect trip to Kenya. You have been following up every step of the way making sure we are happy and everything is running smoothly. And your hand written letter on arrival in our room was such a lovely and surprising touch - it made us feel very special. Thank you. You really took our specific needs to heart. We were the only two in our vehicle most days and one of few cars in the park which really made it special and exclusive. We also had time to relax, drink G&Ts and read our books by the pool and came back refreshed. Just what we wanted. I also have to say the info on your app and itinerary are so thorough - such an asset for any holiday! Thank you again for such a well planned and thought-out holiday.

Every element of our holiday was well thought out and brilliantly executed - the hotels , the transfers , the tours… made for a wonderful holiday without any of the headaches - loved handing over the reins to you guys.

I'd highly recommend your service to anyone who asked and your personal note at the start of the trip was appreciated. Having access to a contact in Mexico was also good, especially because of the time difference.

We had a really fantastic trip. There were a couple of changes to the schedule but it all worked out incredibly well, and we both enjoyed every moment. Particular highlights for both of us were the hike up to the glacier, the full day of dog sledding, and the snowmobile trip to Barentsburg. But everything else was also great fun, including dinner at the Trappers’ Camp.

I really enjoy organising a holiday with the team, the staff are so enthusiastic about their specialist area it is inspiring and they always know the better places to stay as well. Costa Rica is a beautiful country and we both really enjoyed seeing new environments

Our Argentine experience was great, thank you for all your hard work. Buenos Aires was an amazing city, we had a wonderful guide and the Tango, I know a bit of a tourist trap, but it was terrific. We were most impressed by the level of professionalism. Both hotels were perfect. Glacier was also simply perfect.

We have been really happy with your team and you would be my first choice another time. You were great at adapting the itinerary and trying to satisfy exactly what we needed. I also found the in-country concierges really helpful, as well as the app (especially the maps).

We had a great time. Everything went well and according to the plan. The hotels were all outstanding and in Samui we got a free upgrade to one of their residences with a private pool - what an experience.
