They were very helpful and willing. They tried to get exactly what we asked for and organised connections and transfers so that it all worked seamlessly. The information we received in our pack was very helpful too. All in all a great experience. They did everything we asked and more. We had wonderful hotels and great guides.

The trip was wonderful, we absolutely loved Indonesia. Tugu was so great, everyone there was so incredibly nice and welcoming. We found that throughout our time spent in Indonesia. We thank you so much for your help in planning our honeymoon, it was a trip we will not forget!

You totally matched what we wanted to what we got. Everything went very smoothly and was really amazing. Couldn't fault the service. Right from the start you completely understood our requirements, so the places we stayed were completely what we wanted. The organisation was exceptional.

Couldn't fault the trip, top marks to everyone. The detail was extraordinary - from being met everywhere to surprise sundowners with favourite drinks all ready etc etc. Only tip - visa queue was very boring so when I go again, I will get in advance.

I have organised family holidays with these guys several times over the past 10 years. They have always provided a wonderful service. The staff are polite, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We have thoroughly enjoyed all our holidays on various continents. Their local agents are excellent in all respects. I would highly recommend them!

We had a great time, thank you for all your valuable advice on what to do! Highlights were definitely the tour guide in Cusco, and Lares itself. Puno felt a little dry - the lake was very touristy so we spent most of those days sleeping!
