Our trip to Guatemala with Original Travel was a huge success. Our advisor was able to tailor the trip to our needs and everything exceeded our expectations. Expertise, tailoring things to our needs, seamless planning... Thanks to the attention to detail and quality of service of the Original Travel team, we had a fantastic trip to Portugal. This was our first experience with this travel agency, and it will not be our last! The professionalism of our advisor before the trip and the availability of the local concierge while we were away were particularly appreciated. We were delighted with the service offered by Original Travel during our trip to Laos. I know we can be quite fussy, but all our requirements were taken into account, and every request was positively dealt with by our advisor. As the date of the trip approached, we received a dossier with details on our entire trip, etc. During the trip, we made contact with the local Original Travel concierge who was very helpful. In short, we had great support before, during and after the trip. My advice - make things easier for yourself with Original Travel and get the most out of your experience in Laos!

We did indeed have a wonderful time and totally fell in love with Myanmar and its people. The boat trip was great - comfortable cabin, good food, attentive staff and interesting trips organised (maybe a few too many pagodas!) but I would recommend it to anyone. All the arrangements worked well and our guides were excellent. Thank you for organising a great holiday for us.

We had a wonderful trip to Kyrgyzstan, a truly stunning destination. The organisation was excellent. Thank you Original Travel - the tailor-made itinerary perfectly matched our requirements. Kate had to cover all the rerouting, chasing luggage, rebooking and so on. She was immediately available late at night and took every step to ensure that when we disembarked from any particular flight, everything had been sorted out along with suggestions of activities (which we didn’t do as the kids were generally wiped out!). Her level of engagement gave me confidence that any immediate issue would be resolved while my family and I were in the air. I want to make sure that Kate and the team’s effort here is fully recognized. Again, she did a great job in looking after us and my family and I hugely appreciated her immense dedication and support.
