You were very helpful with all our questions. We loved the whole trip. The Steam Ship is incredible, although it was all wonderful and both other hotels were lovely. The Old Cataract was amazing with its setting and arriving on a felucca was wonderful. Thank you! Oh, and the other services were excellent - the app is great.

So nice to talk to real people that listen! Very much liked your approach and assistance. We stayed in three very nice hotels. None over-fancy, but all really personable and friendly. Great recommendations. Really liked the surprise of the second hotel outside Catania.

Our feedback in the initial phone call was clearly taken on board by Frances to create a great itinerary for us. All of the hotels were clean, comfortable and with wonderful staff. We really loved our three nights in Tenyu and wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much for recommending Hakone, it was just the downtime we needed. We really enjoyed our time there. Audrey and the rest of the in-country concierge team were very helpful getting into restaurants etc.

It was probably our best ever holiday. All of the accommodation was exceptional. The Old Cataract Hotel at Aswan was outstanding, the SS Sudan is totally unique and the experience was really special. An exceptional standard of service, amazing food (thanks to the French owners), great guiding around the world’s most incredible historical sites and some welcome relaxation drifting down the Nile. I was really impressed by your service and, importantly, the holiday provided. Outstanding from start to finish. Thank you.

Original Travel were very flexible and showed a clear willingness to tailor-make the itinerary to our exact wishes and the trip was the perfect balance between culture, physical activity and original activities - not an easy thing to achieve. It's difficult to chose a highlight because there were so many, but the Jawai Leopard Camp and the nature around it were simply beyond expectations.

Arran responded very swiftly to my original enquiry and the holiday she arranged for us was exactly what we had asked for, down to the smallest detail. The holiday was tailor-made to suit our plans, we were able to enjoy the whole trip without having to worry about anything. With the help of Arran, the hotels we stayed in were perfect for us. We loved having the app, and Olga the Concierge contacted us to check that everything was ok. We appreciated having her there, but as everything ran so smoothly we didn’t need to contact her for help. After a couple of years of Covid, when we hadn’t travelled abroad very often because of restrictions, we enjoyed having a tailor-made trip. The added problems of this summer with fires, air traffic control, cancelled flights etc. meant that the extra support offered by Original Travel was appreciated.
