The trip exceeded expectations and was worth every penny. The SS Sudan's charm lies in it's history, its uniqueness, and its old-world ambience. The Concierges were great problem solvers. Also, the meet and greet worked well and it was great to have help at passport control. Our most memorable moments were sunsets on the Nile, the staff singing birthday songs and excursions.

Our time in Egypt was unforgettable, there were no problems at any point during our trip. We were always able to communicate right away with our Concierge team through WhatsApp, and our itinerary was clearly laid out in the Original Travel app. The whole experience was like living in a dream. Our whole experience with Original Travel from beginning to end was wonderful, and we are so grateful for the help we received in planning a trip we will never forget.

Overall, we had a great holiday; it was all very enjoyable. It was really nice dealing with Meg. She was very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend her, and we would definitely book through Original Travel again.

We had a wonderful time in Egypt and all the arrangements worked very well. The Old Cataract hotel was very special, the newly refurbished modern block, where we were, was very comfortable. We not only had lovely views over the Nile, but also of the old hotel. The Hilton in Luxor was also a wonderfully quiet and spacious place to relax and enjoy our last night. We were very happy not to be in the hullabaloo of down town Luxor. The SS Sudan was wonderful, we were very well looked after. The food and all services were excellent. We were very glad that you suggested/insisted that we took the Agatha Christie suite. We felt very privileged to have the splendid panoramic views and extra space. All our visits from the boat were very well guided by Ead, I think there were about ten of us in the English speaking group, which was fine. Very many thanks once again to you and your team, for putting together what was a very successful holiday for the four of us. Thank you also for the lovely edition of Death on The Nile that you sent prior to our departure. I will treasure it as a memory from our holiday in Egypt.

I felt Frances really listened to us and made fantastic suggestions for us. The children and us loved playing cricket and surfing.

Charlotte was a huge proponent of us staying at Loisaba. We had never heard of it previously. This was by far the highlight of our honeymoon - a magical place and fantastic accommodation. We are very grateful to her for encouraging this option! Overall, we had a pleasant experience working with Original Travel and with Charlotte. As two people who do not typically use a travel agent or service, but travel frequently, it was a treat. Loisaba Tented Cam was world class, 10/10. Truly one of the best places we have ever stayed. The accommodations are luxe and the staff are incredibly attentive and warm. The food was also an unexpected highlight - absolutely delicious at every meal. We sincerely hope to return here one day! The Palms in Zanzibar was exquisite. The property is so beautiful and well appointed. The villas are massive. Having the private beach cabana for each villa is an excellent touch. This is the perfect spot for a honeymoon. Quiet, romantic, relaxing. The service was attentive and accommodating. The food was so fresh and so tasty. Again, we sincerely hope to return one day!

Outstanding guides, especially Muhammad in Abu Simbal and Hoda in Cairo. The SS Sudan was outstanding, and our most memorable moment was the farmhouse meal in the desert near Cairo.
