On the edge of Moremi Game Reserve and the Khwai River area of the Okavango Delta in northern Botswana, Sable Alley’s brand new camp boasts a rather enviable location – and a luxurious camp to go with it.

Just twelve en suite tents make up Sable Alley's camp, meaning each has plenty of room to enjoy fabulous views over the neighbouring lagoon and unfenced Moremi Game Reserve. The tents themselves are modern and decorated in light neutral colours however all retain an African feel with a selection of bohemian pieces, such as large rattan rugs and rustic wooden furniture. The tents are all raised from the ground and have private terraces with a seating area from which to enjoy the views.

Enjoy dinner at Sable Alley in the open dining room or on the large lantern lit decking. The food is fresh and flavourful and the views across the bush and up to the unspoilt African sky are simply stunning. After dinner, relax in the stylish and comfortable open lounge or take your drink down to the boma and sip it around the open fire.

Thanks to its location Sable Alley is able to offer a great variety of wildlife spotting opportunities. Head out on a game drive to spot lions, leopards, elephants, buffalo, sable antelope and many more. Alternatively, for a more relaxed afternoon opt for a mokoro safari and glide gently down the delta in a traditional canoe as you spot wildlife along the way. This is one of the most diverse landscapes in Botswana so you're sure to be spoilt for impressive stories to share around the dinner table - after a dip in the pool of course.
