Our consultant was fantastic to deal with - always extremely friendly, always listened and wanted to get it right for us. Communication was always excellent with the Concierge, too. The trip worked really well. We loved all the different hotels we stayed in and the absolute highlight of the trip was Svalbard.

We loved the trip. Norway is so beautiful, the hotels were full of character, the food was great and we did some really fun activities. Our teenage children loved the activities, with canyoning being a particular highlight. It also really helped that our consultant had just been there, as we spent just the right amount of time in each place. The app worked really well, and I liked the suggestions in the Dossiers.

I have to say that Ella has been terrific throughout the process. We didn’t give her much time at all from our initial call through to us departing just a week later, so to get everything organised and booked in that short time scale was a minor miracle, and entirely a result of her hard work, patience and persistence.

The whole trip was spectacular: from the evening in Oslo (the hotel there was truly extraordinary), to everything in that magical place that is Svalbard. Thank you: particularly for all your patience while we dithered along before booking. You found the perfect short break for us and organised a fantastic adventure.

We loved it. Everything went really well - the lodge was fantastic, amazing food and team there were great. The activities were a lot of fun and we had a brilliant four days. Really enjoyed the variety but also nice mixture of activities and downtime. The lodge owners I thought were fantastic - super helpful, really welcoming and friendly, actually couldn’t recommend the trip highly enough.

We had a really fantastic trip. There were a couple of changes to the schedule but it all worked out incredibly well, and we both enjoyed every moment. Particular highlights for both of us were the hike up to the glacier, the full day of dog sledding, and the snowmobile trip to Barentsburg. But everything else was also great fun, including dinner at the Trappers’ Camp.

Just home from the most incredible trip to Northern Norway. We had it all from clear skies and bright sunshine to full snowstorms, and saw plenty of the northern lights. Thank you again to The Voyageurs Collection for organising such an incredible experience for us.
