Miranda is here to help give you the inside track.

There are various accommodation options at the lodge, ranging from the small but perfectly formed Garden Suites to the stunning two bedroom clifftop property, The Villa. With Oceanview and Beachfront options also available there is truly something to suit everyone here. Throughout all of the rooms and suites the décor is contemporary, understated and elegant, with a crisp white and soft grey colour scheme reflecting the light and colours from outside.

There are various wining and dining options at Lizard Island, all taking advantage of the beautiful island setting so that guests can enjoy first class cuisine with first class views. Opt for Salt Water Restaurant which is a relaxed spot serving fresh, locally sourced produce with 180 degree ocean views; a private beach picnic; pizza or tapas at the rustic Marlin Bar; or a seven course tasting menu in one of the private dining pavilions. For drinks, Driftwood Bar is the perfect sundowner spot.

Home to the famous Blue Lagoon with its giant clams and coral gardens Lizard Island is a hot spot for diving and snorkeling and has numerous world class dive sites such as the Cod Hole within easy reach. Additionally, there are 24 separate and equally pristine beaches on the island, meaning a day spent relaxing, exploring and enjoying the scenery is easily possible.

Fishing enthusiasts can head out for a day of exhilarating game fishing; there are numerous bush walking tracks; glass bottom boat or sailing trips can be arranged; and there are various non-motorised watersports on offer. For those wanting to simply unwind, indulge in a pampering treatment at the serene Essentia Day Spa.
