Itinerary

100% customisable for you

Your luxury family holiday to Puglia begins today. Fast-track through security and catch an early morning three-hour flight from the UK to Bari – perfect for over-excited youngsters eager to start their holiday.

On arrival, collect your hire car and set off on the one-hour drive to your accommodation. For the next week, you’ll be surrounded by fragrant olive groves in the heart of the Puglian countryside, with plenty of space for little explorers to roam free.

Once you've settled in, spend a couple of days enjoying the hotel’s top-notch facilities and your stunning surroundings. There are a handful of family-friendly beaches just a short drive away, where you can soak up the Puglian sun while the youngsters paddle in the pristine waters.

Keen to venture further afield? Embark on a private boat trip to the caves of Polignano a Mare. Dubbed the ‘Pearl of the Adriatic’, expect dramatic cliffs and hidden coves. Capture plenty of photos during the two-hour journey and be sure to take a refreshing dip when you stop to admire the caves.

Prefer to stay on land? Hire bikes from the hotel for a relaxing pedal through the picture-perfect landscape for some quality family time. As the day winds down, parents can relax in the hotel’s gardens with a good book or enjoy some grown-up conversation over a glass of wine - bliss.

Rise and shine, you have a busy day of family fun ahead. After breakfast, round up the youngsters, hop in your hire car and drive about half an hour to the pretty village of Conversano. Its Medieval beauty and deep-rooted traditions offer a real taste of authentic Italian life.

After exploring the cobblestone streets, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and inspire any budding chefs in the family with a private cooking lesson. Your culinary adventure begins in the vegetable garden of a masseria, where you’ll gather fresh ingredients before learning how to prepare a traditional Puglian recipe; orecchiette con cime di rapa (pasta with turnip greens) might well be on the menu. Round off the class with an aperitif, a tasting of regional wines (with fresh juice for the youngsters) and a delicious dinner – the perfect way to toast your family adventure.

After a laid-back breakfast, it's up to you whether you want to make the most of the hotel's well-appointed facilities or set off to discover the surrounding area.

Unwind in the scenic countryside around your hotel or take a short drive to Ostuni, one of southern Italy’s most picturesque hilltop towns. Famous for its white-washed houses, Ostuni also boasts an impressive 15th-century Gothic cathedral that's well worth a visit. The best way to explore this Puglian gem? Simply wander through the old town and soak up its easy-going charm.

It's the last full day of your luxury family holiday to Puglia, so what better way to spend it than exploring the Itria Valley’s charming villages?

Alberobello, known for its UNESCO-protected trulli (cone-shaped limestone buildings), is just a half an hour drive from Pezze di Greco. Beyond its fairy tale streets, this enchanting village is surrounded by sun-dappled forest walking trails and brimming with delicious local produce.

Nearby, you’ll also find Locorotondo, which boasts panoramic vistas over verdant vineyards and olive groves. And don’t miss the timeless town of Martina Franca, renowned for its elegant Baroque architecture and bustling squares.

Sadly, it's time to head home, but depending on your flight schedule, there may be enough time for the children to enjoy one last splash in the hotel pool before you return to Bari airport. Your flight back to the UK takes just over three hours, but the memories are sure to last much longer.
