Itinerary

100% customisable for you

Head to the airport today, speed through security and relax in the airport lounge before your short two-hour flight to Venice. Once you touch down, you’ll be privately transferred to the Dolomites’ Fassa Valley, a journey that takes around three hours.

Upon arrival, check straight into your stylish alpine hotel nestled in the heart of the valley and settle down just in time for dinner. Think traditional Italian dishes and wonderful local wines – a tantalising taste of what’s to come.

A hearty hotel breakfast will give you plenty of fuel for today’s hike to your next hotel in the Fuciade Basin, part of the Fassa Valley. After meeting your friendly local guide, you’ll be transferred to the hike’s starting point in Alba, a quaint hamlet in the alpine resort of Canazei. The hike is approximately seven miles long and will take about five hours. Alongside your guide, you’ll walk along craggy paths winding through the mountain’s valley, passing storybook meadows and soaking in the irresistible Italian landscape.

There’ll be no need to sort bags out when you arrive at your next hotel, as they’ll have been delivered ahead of you by private transfer – your only worries will be choosing which of the delicious farm-to-table dishes you fancy from the hotel’s dinner menu. With full bellies and tired feet, you’ll have no problem drifting off within the silence of the mountains.

Once you’ve enjoyed a tasty breakfast this morning, it’s time to meet your guide and head out to explore the Fuciade Basin. Over the next five to six hours, you’ll discover what makes the Dolomites’ Fassa Valley so attractive during summer – think ancient forests, even older mountains and bright blue skies. Your friendly guide will be on hand to show you around the area and answer any questions you might have.

After completing the second hike of your Bootiquing adventure, take a two-hour private transfer to Val Gardena. Once you arrive, check into your next elegant, mountainside hotel to enjoy a delicious dinner and a good night’s sleep after another busy day.

It’s the final hike of the holiday today, so lace up your walking boots and meet your guide before being transferred a short distance to picturesque Gardena Pass.

Standing tall at 7,000ft, this mountain pass offers spectacular views along many different hikes. This morning, you’ll be taking on the nine-mile route to Puez-Odle Nature Park, where eagles, deer and marmots thrive among the trees, rocks and grass.

Tonight’s stay is in another cosy alpine-style hotel in Corvara, where you’ll find your bags waiting for you. Settle into the cosy restaurant to enjoy a delicious feast and raise a glass to the mountains to celebrate your last night in the Dolomites – you’ve earned it.

Today sadly marks the end of your adventure through the Dolomites. Your feet will have some much-needed rest as you enjoy a final breakfast and one last look at the incredible views, before taking a private transfer from Corvara to Venice Airport for your two-hour flight home. Ciao Italy!
