Protruding out into Ninh Vanh Bay from the peninsula, the circular wooden structure of An Lam’s central area is almost as eye catching as the stunning jungle and ocean scenery surrounding it.
Rosie is here to help give you the inside track.
With just 34 villas at the property An Lam is an exclusive and intimate resort, fitting for its unspoilt location on the edge of the jungle filled peninsula. The villas vary in location and each offer a different view, either out into the jungle, across the bay or down onto the beach. Most of the villas benefit from their own private pool, and all have private outdoor terraces with seating areas. Décor throughout the property features an abundance of light wood and the spacious rooms are light and airy, with bohemian cushions and arty, hand crafted furniture helping to create supremely stylish spaces.
Dining at An Lam is at the heart of the experience and SEN Restaurant forms the main part of the stunning central structure which extends out into the sea. Aside from taking in the impressive architecture and turquoise ocean views, diners can expect to enjoy fresh seafood and exciting cooking displays from the Teppanyaki Show Kitchen. For drinks The Sunset Bar, which is perched in the rooftop of the structure, and the Beach Bar, which is actually on the beach, are your go-tos.
While at the resort guests will spend a large proportion of their time enjoying the soft sandy beach, swimming in the sea and cooling off in the infinity pool. The jungle spa also provides the ideal place to relax and unwind, with treatments offered amongst the verdant trees to the backdrop of the forest wildlife. For those wanting to adventure further afield the surrounding area is ripe with activity and excursions to the nearby villages, markets, islands and other sites can easily be arranged.
