Frances was excellent, always available when needed. Every step went according to plan, I used the app for the itinerary and the dual sim was very useful. Everything came through when we needed it. We found our trip to the farm that you organised fascinating.

Original Travel planned a fantastic and seamless trip for me and my adult children. We spent 2 weeks in Rajasthan - it was the trip of a lifetime. Original Travel planned every detail and was able to make adjustments along the way. They provided great support with a Concierge available at all times, great guides and a wonderful driver who was with us the whole time. I will absolutely work with OT again and highly recommend others to work with the company.

Our driver Sonu Deepesh was amazing! Always on time with the cleanest car and gave good information on route. There are too many memorable moments! The Kite Festival, Varanasi, Agra, visiting the village in Shahpura, the street tour in Jaipur, entry by tuk tuk into Jophur and nearly hitting an elephant, the people, and the colours. It was all wonderful.

Frances listened and understood everything we wanted from our first trip to India. The reason for our trip was my birthday - a big one - and Original Travel pulled out all the stops. OT's organisational qualities are excellent. Our driver, Jebin, was great! So charming, so helpful and going above and beyond for what we asked of him. Staff in the London office are so helpful and easily contactable even down to booking a restaurant for us before we left. We love the fact that you care about the world and choose hotels that look after our planet too.

The planning and organisation of the trip was perfect. All the local reps and guides were great, without exception. Having a local WhatsApp contact was really helpful. The driver was excellent. We would not have changed the itinerary at all, Frances did an excellent job. She listened to our needs and had the knowledge / experience to address them. We had a bit of down time, but not too much or little.

Frances was brilliant, she understood what we were looking for, arranged a trip that fully met our needs and exceeded our expectations. Everything worked like clockwork, everywhere we stayed was brilliant, all of the tours and experiences were amazing and the service from all of the contacts along the way were faultless. Thank you! We loved the app, loved the WhatsApp Concierge while we were away, and the SIM card was also a great addition.

Our trip to India was epic. Original Travel did it again, a fantastic, well planned trip with all the things we like. Can't say enough good things about the app. We also love the Concierge service. It was such personal service. He was there for us throughout our trip, contacting us every few days as we moved from city to city. We knew he was a text away with an immediate answer to our questions. We love Original Travel and are hooked on the personalized service and effortless travel to remote areas of the world. It was truly epic, we can't explain our trip to friends because it was out of this world wonderful. I know our neighbours are heading to Japan with you next month and I believe a few of our friends will be contacting you too. We rave about OT. Thank you so much!

Every trip Frances has planned for me has exceeded my expectations! She takes the time to listen to me and become comfortable with what is important to me. This is reflected in the itinerary she puts together. It always includes just the right amount of adventure and gets me off the tourist route so I can interact with local people. There is always a friendly face to greet me upon arrival in a new place. The local Concierge service is wonderful! Quick answers. Boarding passes in my WhatsApp account before I even remember I am flying the next day. The website and app are outstanding. It is great to make the booking process quick and accurate. There were so many highlights, but four days trekking in Ladakh is such a great memory!

Frances listened, adapted and put together an amazing trip to India. She couldn't have been any better. The Concierge was also great, he was always one step ahead of us. Organised, efficient and helpful. Very impressive. There were too many memorable moments to list out but safe to say the trip exceeded all expectations. Frances is a complete star and deserves all the plaudits for a truly amazing holiday. Thank you.
