Malta Visa Requirements
British citizens don’t need a visa to enter Malta if travelling for up to 90 days in any 180-day period.
Passport Validity for Malta Travel
Your passport should be valid for the entirety of your stay in Malta. It must also have a ‘date of issue’ of less than ten years before your arrival date, and an ‘expiry date’ of at least three months after the day you plan to leave.
Other Key Entry Information
At Maltese border control, you may be asked to show a return or onward ticket and/or proof that you have enough money for your stay.
Malta has implemented the EU’s Entry/Exit System (EES), which involves registering your biometric details on arrival.
