"Your team is outstanding. Henrietta had a few conversations with us, as to what we would like our trip to be, our preferences, abilities, etc. She then put together a trip that addressed every one of our wishes. We had a snowstorm in NY that delayed our first flight by 7 hours. Your team jumped into action and rescheduled connecting flights, booked a hotel room for the new schedule, and got us back on track within a day. "Our Argentine experience was great, thank you for all your hard work. Buenos Aires was an amazing city, we had a wonderful guide and the Tango, I know a bit of a tourist trap, but it was terrific. We were most impressed by the level of professionalism. Both hotels were perfect. Glacier was also simply perfect. "
