Our Cuba experts are on hand to make sure your Cuba solo travel adventure is one to remember. We’ll tailor the trip to make sure it’s perfect for you, but here are just a few of the adventures you might enjoy:
Learn to salsa dance in Havana
If there’s one thing we know to be true about Cubans, it’s that they know how to dance. On your Cuba solo travel adventure, why not join them? Havana, Cuba’s exciting capital, is the perfect place to learn. Head to Salsa school and get yourself ready to impress for a night on the town.
Swim in Trinidad’s waterfalls
Salto del Caburní waterfall can be found near the city of Trinidad, and can only be accessed via a tough hike through the jungle, but if you’re up for a challenge, it’s well worth the effort. Water cascades down over 200ft of rocky outcrops to a pool where you can swim with locals and fellow travellers alike. If you dare, you can even jump down into the pool from the rocks above.
Meet fellow solo travellers in Playa Larga
If you’re keen to meet like-minded travellers on your Cuba solo travel adventure, Playa Larga is a great place to go. It’s a simpler, more bohemian alternative to the luxury beaches of Varadero and Cayo Coco. You won’t find luxury accommodation or exclusive bars here, but charming homestays and restaurants run by locals.
