Your romantic escape begins with an overnight, direct flight to Dubai, taking around eight hours. Head to the airport, sail through security and get excited for the adventure ahead. On board, settle in and pick a good rom-com to watch, then snuggle up and try to catch some sleep before landing in Dubai by morning.
When you touchdown in Dubai, you’ll be met at the airport and whisked away on a private transfer to your hotel in the downtown district, the oldest part of the city and your home for the next three nights.
We’ve kept today deliberately low-key – after a long night of travel, you’ll both be ready to unwind. Start the day slowly with a traditional Emirati breakfast, take a dip in the pool, bask in the Dubai sunshine or indulge in a soothing couples’ massage. Tonight, ask our Concierge to recommend the best romantic dinner at a nearby restaurant, then enjoy an early night.
Rise and shine early this morning and explore the vibrant heart of Dubai with a private guide who knows the city like the back of their hand. Side by side, stroll through the old streets of Deira, where spice souqs, local art galleries and historic residences are located, such as the Heritage House, the former address of an Emirati pearl trader. Pick up some little keepsakes and get delightfully lost in the colourful lanes.
Need a break from the heat? Escape into one of Dubai’s many shopping centres, where there’s cool air conditioning and plenty of opportunities for a little retail therapy. Pause to admire the spectacular fountains and snap a few romantic photos or venture out to see the Palm Islands that stretch into the turquoise waters of the Persian Gulf. Admire the beautiful houses and skyline as you wander, and plot how many gelatos you can squeeze in before lunch…
Later, as the sun begins to set, head up the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world at 2,700ft high and take in the city views, feeling like you’re at the top of the world.

Today marks the next chapter of your love-laced trip – you're off to the stunning Seychelles. After breakfast, you’ll be privately transferred to the airport to board your flight to Mahe, which takes around four and a half hours.
From Mahe, you’ll connect onwards to Praslin Island, a short hop of around 20 minutes. Let your better half claim the window seat and admire the views over the sparkling ocean as you glide towards the island before touchdown.
When you arrive, a private transfer will take you to your hotel in Anse Lazio, located on the northeast coast of the island, where you’ll be staying for the next four nights. The area is quiet and calm, perfect for unwinding. Take a dip in the pool, stroll hand-in-hand along the shoreline or share a coconut, likely freshly chopped from a tree right there on the beach – just the antidote you need after this morning’s journey.
You’ll also pick up your rental car today, giving you the freedom to explore the island at your own pace over the next four days.
Hit the road this morning and head out to explore Praslin, a true tropical paradise boasting golden sandy beaches and lush inland forests. Don’t miss the Vallee de Mai, a UNESCO World Heritage site, home to endemic fauna and flora. It is here that the famous Cocos de Mer palms grow, producing their curious double-lobed fruits – clearly Mother Nature has a sense of humour…
As you road trip across the island, keep an eye out for wildlife and enjoy plenty of pitstops for refreshing smoothies.
End the day with some champagne at sunset – admire the golden light of the setting sun and toast to the trip so far. Does it get any better than this?
The next two days are yours to enjoy island life. Slow things down with breakfast overlooking the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean – think fresh fruits, warm bread and local dishes like ladob (a coconut milk dish) followed by lazy mornings at the pool before sunbathing at Anse Lazio.
Fancy dipping below the water? Hop on a boat and head out to Cocos Island, whose waters are classified as a national marine park. Snorkel mask and flippers on, take the plunge into crystal-clear waters teeming with marine life, from turtles and leopard rays to parrotfish, blue damselfish and red anthias. If you’d rather dive deeper, we can also arrange scuba diving sessions to see even more of the underwater world. Alternatively, you could try your hand at windsurfing across the bay.
Back on land, indulge in a couples massage or yoga session, or head to one of the island’s golf courses for a round with some seriously impressive views, and maybe some light-hearted competition too. Or simply do nothing at all, because sometimes that’s exactly what a trip like this calls for.

Sadly, it’s time to say goodbye to Praslin. Leaving beach life behind, return your trusty hire car and be privately transferred to the airport for your 20-minute flight to Mahe. Next, continue on your overnight flight back home, with a quick stop in Dubai along the way – where you can stock up on your favourite snacks before settling in for the final flight.
